In October 2025, Scania—a world-class commercial vehicle brand—celebrated the grand opening of its Rugao production base. Centered on the theme “Driving Forward with Original Passion,” the event featured both the official inauguration ceremony and the launch of the brand’s national market strategy. This high-profile, large-scale event drew an audience of over 3,000 attendees. As the official tent supplier, our company provided comprehensive, multi-configuration tent system solutions—incorporating diverse designs such as A-frame and peak-roof tents—to create a cohesive venue. We delivered end-to-end services, including the installation and setup of tents for all event zones: reception areas, spectator stands, the main venue, and functional support facilities, ensuring the flawless execution of this major brand milestone.
All the modular aluminum-alloy tents provided for this event were independently developed and manufactured by our company; featuring robust structures, high safety ratings, and a refined aesthetic, they perfectly met the rigorous standards required for a major official ceremony. The unobstructed, column-free interiors offered expansive, open sightlines, accommodating complex on-site requirements such as stage production, lighting and sound systems, large-screen displays, seating for over a thousand guests, and efficient crowd flow management. Furthermore, the tents boasted excellent wind and rain resistance, as well as superior durability against wind loads and weather conditions, ensuring the ceremony proceeded stably, safely, and smoothly regardless of the weather—thereby effectively eliminating the risks associated with outdoor events.
